Did this likely make them more vulnerable to ALL THINGS BAD? ), AND ALL OF THIS OCCURRED DUE TO THESE PATIENTS BEING EASY VICTIMS IN A RICH COUNTY WITH POSSIBLE CORRUPT EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE POSSIBLE CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS WITH JUSTICE, AND PARTLY BECAUSE THERE ISNT MUCH MONEY OR SPACE TO INCARCERATE THE PATIENTS!
Reapply with new facts because addictions, exhaustion, genetic syndromes, foreign organisms, and brain disorders are rarely discovered quickly. (~ page of 171 of Danger to Self) ; AND/OR GIVE THEM THE MISDIAGNOSIS OF PSYCHOTIC (anti-psychotic drugs tend to block receptors in the brain's dopamine pathways) OR SCHIZOPHRENIC (WHILE CLAIMING THEY ARE TOO EDUCATED OR FUNCTIONAL TO GET ON DISABILITY, ESPECIALLY WHERE THEY HAVE DONE AN EXAUSTING QUASI-EMERGENCY TYPE SERVICE JOB FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE A LARGE FAMILY TO SUPPORT)! THEREFORE, ALMOST ALL ADDICTS MAY BE DEPRESSED AND/OR EXHAUSTED, BUT ON THE WRONG MEDICATION, WHICH MAY MAKE THEM MORE INCLINDED TO SELF-MEDICATE USING STREET DRUGS AND BECOME INCREASINGLY SUICIDAL!
IT MIGHT BE BEST TO REOPEN PRIOR APPILCATIONS AND BACK DATE THE CLAIM TO THE DATE OF THE FIRST APPLICATION (or ALL the previously mentioned at the same time) AND PERHAPS DO A CLASS ACTION FOR APPLICATIONS THAT ARE BACK DATED MORE THAN THREE YEARS (get help from a charity organization or school that does pro-bono work, such as a religious organization or a school that might be interested in public service.)! CASES SHOULD GO BEFORE A FEDERAL JUDGE, BUT MOSTLY THEY ARE TOLD BY A CLERK WHAT THE JUDGE'S DEAL IS WHEN THEY GET TO COURT. THE LAWYER HAS ALMOST NO INCENTIVE TO GO TO TRIAL DUE TO THE LOW FEE SET BY LAW THEY ARE TO RECEIVE. THE ONLY WAY TO INCREASE THAT FEE WOULD BE TO TAKE MANY CLIENTS TOGETHER IN THE SAME TYPE OF CASE AND THAT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO DO UNLESS THEY ALL WERE TREATED THE SAME AS PART OF SOME GROUP, WHICH CAN HAPPEN IN ADDICTION CASES OR WHERE A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR GETS A GROUP OF PATIENTS WITH SIMILAR ILLNESSES . THIS MIGHT BE POSSIBLE IF ALL THE PATIENTS WERE GIVEN THE WRONG DRUGS FOR ADDICTION ISSUES AT THE SAME TIME AT THE SAME PLACE.
The False Claims Act (FCA) may be used by the wronged party to recover money for the government FOR A SET AMOUNT USUALLY FOR EACH ACT OF FRAUD (ABOUT $300) , but these cases are often not brought because the patients are often too LOW functioning to get a lawyer or notice the damages they have.
