New program or pilot program where there was a failure to warn regarding problems in the program, which tend to be common.
Obtaining contract, resources, volunteers, or funds using deceptive and/or illegal means, especially if employees of the government now receive free housing, clothes, supplies, entertainment and meals.
Submitting bills as nonrelated expenses on the contract, such as charges for addictive substances or behaviors, including sex, drugs, rock and roll and/or any controlled, illegal substance or illegal acts.
Subjecting participants on a contract, in a degree program, or any type of research study to harmful conditions, such as brainwashing, including chanting, hazing, busy work, or creating work, products, knowledge base that damages others.
Demanding or encouraging any falsification of any records, including any forging signatures, hiding the truth, or not being truthful.
Deceptions about or encouraging deceptions about the quality of goods, services, products, and there are many repeat customers who have no other option by to accept the inferior goods, services, products, usually due to addiction issues, health problems, lack of resources, or due to incarceration, and other means of loss of freedom.
Billing for any unusual or unnecessary goods or services, or nonperformed services, or nonreceived goods, especially at the noncustomary rate, either by unbundling, bundling, upcoding, unnecessary of expensive brands.
Not operating at full capacity due to fraud, intimidation, failure to perform responsibilities of the contract due kickbacks, graft, any improper motive, usually involving Civil Rights Violations, removing persons who complain about improper services, or gearing the service to only the most disenfranchised persons of similar race, creed, gender, and/or nationality.
Causing a situation where standards are reduced in the community or members of the community are put in a dangerous situation (building that the contractor has is not at its highest and best use and removes a benefit needed in its prior use) at the expense of the most challenged members of the community.
Tolerating and/or encouraging theft of government resources or other resources.
Not properly monitoring the services rendered or inspecting the work or employees on the contract and/or improperly terminating the lawful employees on the contract.
Encouraging a hostile environment and intimidation of employees and clients.
Double or triple payments received for the same services, especially due to a bug or flaw in a computer program.
Not performing needed quality checks, or security required by the contract, or not having the proper fraud screening needed, especially for professional misconduct.
Allowing many professionals to be paid for minimal work on a complex case, especially if they later publish their findings on the case, due to reading the reports and chart, including if the records were confidential.
NOT SETTLING A LAWSUIT CAN BE A MISTAKE! Damages are rarely fair for the victim, especially in medical malpractice cases. The truth is crime does tend to pay for the educated and wealthy. Expect the worst involving contracts, especially government, services and products during a down economy, especially in a wealthy area where addictive substances and behavior was previously tolerated, including complex conspiracies. Damages are usually in the direct category and often Tripled (general, medical bills, AND expenses usually related to RICO, FCA, ANTITRUST LAW violations, compensatory, special), or in the indirect category (consequential and incidental) or meant to discourage an activity often by means of a fine (statutory, punitive, exemplary), or nominal if there was very little damage to the other party.
FRAUD AND/OR EXTORTION is common on some type of government contracts, usually involving the treatment of addicts, the poor and other disenfranchised persons, including illegal immigrants and so-called community outsiders.
