Founders, Officers and Executives have a "guru", or "cheerleader" status and like to discuss personal issues, and even use slang, and often talkes about things other than their products; it may seem that the customer is buying the image of the "guru" or "cheerleader" rather than their products, which are often overpriced for the product that isn't with comes with a free product, or do not work well.
They look, talk, act, dress alike.
They may be members of a secret cult or society.
