Most of the problems with laws exist in health, education and welfare. Often this is about reporting problems by lower governmental entities that wish to steal from the Federal or State government. It can be also between similar governmental entities, or even infighting between different branches of the same level of government, such as the post office inspectors fighting with the FBI over prosecution of a case. It also tends to happen regarding sales tax revenue, traffic problems, and so-call vice industries bringing problems to another region other than by those who live in that region. THIS AUTHOR SUSPECTS THAT THE COURTS ARE JAMMED WITH FRAUDENT CASES ON BOTH THE PLAINTIFF AND DEFENSE SIDE, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT CASES RARELY MAKE IT TO THE COURTHOUSE DUE TO LACK OF LEGAL TALENT, MONEY, OR FEAR OF REPRISAL!
Most laws at lower levels should be considered corrupt.
More cases should be remanded to District Court because of the exceptional facts, such as misuse of government funds, Class Actions, Disability, Social Security, Civil Rights, Slavery, unlawful Seizure of property.
